Hello and thank you for your interest in The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award offered by Waringstown Presbyterian Church.
Wherever you’re at and whatever you’ve done up until now, if you’re aged 14-24, DofE is made for you! It’s for the gamers, musicians, joggers and bakers. Photographers, dancers and penalty takers. The sporties, the techies, the animal lovers. The just-out-of-bedders and none-of-the-abovers.
DofE is for everyone. It’s the perfect excuse to team up with your friends, try epic new things and have a laugh along the way. Whether you stick with activities you love or challenge yourself with something new, DofE will help you develop the mindset and skills to take on whatever comes next.
Of course, when you finish, you’ll receive your well-earned DofE Award and yes… there’s going to be a bit of hiking and camping!
